>You need Alci's IMG Editor 1.5

>Open Alcis IMGtool , and then do this : 

>File :Open : C:\programfiles\Rockstargames\GTAsanandreas\models and there is the gta3.img

>then click import Hydra.dff and Hydra.txd then Save

Copy the File:Rustler_After_Burner_F15.cs, Rustler_Engine_F15.cs, Rustler_F15_Minigun.cs in your C:\programfiles\Rockstargames\GTASanAndreas\Cleo

the alci's img editor is the best img tool to use because it's automatically replace the file if the file is excist
